Northern Transfers Shipping Policy: DPD Next Day Delivery

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11:30 AM Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) qualify for next day delivery via DPD.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders placed before the cut-off time will be dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery is expected the next working day, Monday to Friday.

  • DPD does not deliver on weekends or public/bank holidays; orders placed on these days will be dispatched the next working day.

Important Information

  • Next day delivery aims for delivery by end of the next working day.

  • Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed; occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Parcel tracking and estimated delivery time slots will be provided via DPD.

  • Customers will receive notification on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders received after 11:30 AM will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Delivery excludes bank holidays and public holidays in the UK and Northern Ireland.

  • Maximum parcel weight: 30 kg.

  • Maximum parcel dimensions: 100 cm x 60 cm x 70 cm (or 230 cm girth).

Returns and Refunds

  • Shipping delays or failures outside Northern Transfers’ control, including DPD delivery exceptions, are not refundable.

  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak seasons or adverse weather conditions.
