Northern Transfers Gang Sheet Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Custom Gang Sheet Orders

• All gang sheet orders are custom produced based on your supplied artwork and specifications.

• Due to the custom nature of these orders, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or error caused by Northern Transfers.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

• If your gang sheet order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error due to our fault, email us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and your order details.

• We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement gang sheet or store credit.

• Refunds are not issued for errors in submitted artwork, color variations due to monitor or printer settings, or user errors in the order process.

3. Return Process

• Do not return any gang sheets without prior approval.

• If a return is authorised, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.

• Return shipments should be trackable to ensure receipt.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
