All gang sheet orders are custom produced based on your supplied artwork and specifications.
Due to the custom nature of these orders, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or error caused by Northern Transfers.
If your gang sheet order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error due to our fault, email us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and your order details.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement gang sheet or store credit.
Refunds are not issued for errors in submitted artwork, color variations due to monitor or printer settings, or user errors in the order process.
Do not return any gang sheets without prior approval.
If a return is authorised, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Return shipments should be trackable to ensure receipt.
Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
